Psychedelic experiences can open profound psychological, emotional, and spiritual landscapes.

Yet the experience itself is often only the beginning.

Many people return from these journeys carrying powerful insights, vivid symbolic material, or deep emotional openings without clear guidance on how to meaningfully integrate what they encountered.

The Psychedelic Integration Coaching Program is designed to support the process of translating those experiences into grounded, sustainable transformation in your everyday life.

Through individualized one-on-one coaching, we explore how the insights, symbols, and emotional shifts that arose during your journey can be metabolized, embodied, and integrated in ways that support your long-term development.

This work is not about recreating the experience.
It is about understanding it, honoring it, and allowing its meaning to unfold over time.

This program provides coaching and psycho-spiritual integration support. It is not psychotherapy and does not involve the administration, facilitation, or recommendation of psychedelic substances. Participants are responsible for their own decisions regarding any psychedelic experiences.

A Reflection from a Program Participant

"Working with Dr. Denise in the Psychedelic Integration Coaching Program has been a profound and transformative experience. When I first came to the program, I was overwhelmed by the intensity of my psychedelic journey and unsure of how to integrate the experience I had.

Dr. Denise’s approach, blending embodiment practices, deep introspection, and a rich understanding of archetypes and symbols, helped me connect with the deeper messages of my experience in ways I couldn’t have imagined.

Through our sessions, I learned how to embody the wisdom I received and ground it in my daily life. The tools and techniques Dr. Denise provided have been invaluable in helping me make sense of my experience, and I now feel more aligned, focused, and empowered.”

Why Psychedelic Integration Matters

Psychedelic experiences can open powerful insight, but without thoughtful integration, those insights may remain fragmented or difficult to apply to everyday life.

Integration is the process of weaving the experience into your psychological, relational, and embodied life.

This may include:

• understanding symbolic or archetypal imagery that arose during the experience
• making meaning of emotional breakthroughs or challenges
• grounding spiritual insight into practical life decisions
• integrating shifts in identity, purpose, or worldview
• supporting nervous system regulation following powerful altered states

Integration allows the experience to mature into wisdom rather than remaining an isolated event.

Who This Program Is For

This coaching program is designed for individuals who have had meaningful experiences with psychedelic or non-ordinary states of consciousness and want thoughtful support integrating what emerged.

Participants often include individuals who:

• have recently participated in a psychedelic retreat or ceremonial experience
• are working with ketamine-assisted therapy and seeking additional integration support
• are engaging in microdosing and want deeper reflection on the process
• had a powerful psychedelic experience years or decades ago that still holds unresolved meaning
• are preparing for a future experience and wish to establish a thoughtful integration framework beforehand

Experiences may have occurred in ceremonial, therapeutic, research, or personal contexts.

Regardless of the setting, integration work helps translate the experience into meaningful and sustainable growth.

How We Work Together

All work is conducted privately through individualized coaching sessions designed around your unique experience and intentions.

Together we may explore:

• the emotional and psychological themes that emerged during the experience
• symbolic and archetypal material that appeared during the journey
• embodiment practices that help anchor insight in the body
• reflective practices that support meaning-making and integration
• translating insight into relational, professional, or life changes

The process unfolds at a pace that allows the experience to deepen rather than forcing quick conclusions.

The Integration Process

While every integration journey is unique, our work together often unfolds across several phases.

Embodying the Experience

Early integration often focuses on reconnecting insight with the body.

Psychedelic experiences can generate profound realizations, yet those realizations must become embodied to create meaningful change.

Practices in this phase may include:

• body awareness and nervous system grounding
• somatic reflection practices
• reconnecting insight with felt experience
• clarifying intentions for the integration process

This phase helps establish stability and internal coherence after powerful altered states.

Synthesizing Meaning

As the integration process deepens, we begin exploring the deeper meaning of the experience.

This may involve:

• reflecting on how the experience reshaped your understanding of yourself
• exploring symbolic imagery or archetypal themes
• examining shifts in identity, relationships, or purpose
• identifying which insights are asking to become lived changes

This phase allows the experience to mature into deeper personal understanding.

Sustaining Transformation

The final phase of integration focuses on translating insight into lasting transformation.

This often includes:

• identifying life changes that align with the experience
• creating practices that maintain connection with the insights gained
• developing structures that support continued psychological and spiritual growth

The goal is not to hold onto the peak experience, but to allow the wisdom of the experience to reshape daily life.

Program Structure

The Psychedelic Integration Coaching Program is offered through individualized coaching tailored to each participant.

Options may include:

• private virtual sessions conducted via Zoom
• half-day deep-dive integration intensives
• personalized reflection practices between sessions
• embodiment exercises and contemplative practices
• optional email support between sessions

Program pathways are typically offered in 3, 6, 9, or 12-month formats, depending on the depth of integration desired.

Global Participation

This program is available to participants worldwide through virtual coaching sessions.

Integration work often benefits from thoughtful pacing over time, allowing insights to continue unfolding as they are integrated into everyday life.
