Sexuality Mapping
A Coaching Program for Sexual Self-Discovery, Integration, and Embodied Transformation

Sexuality is one of the most complex and meaningful aspects of being human.
It is shaped by our bodies, relationships, culture, history, and inner psychological world. Yet many people move through life with important questions about their sexuality that were never given space for thoughtful reflection or understanding.
Sexuality Mapping is a private coaching program designed to help individuals explore and understand their unique erotic landscape with curiosity, depth, and compassion.
Through guided inquiry, reflective dialogue, and embodiment practices, this process supports sexual self discovery and the development of a more integrated relationship with your sexuality.
Rather than trying to “fix” sexuality, this work invites a deeper understanding of how your experiences, desires, relationships, and identity have shaped your intimate life.
"Participating in the Sexuality Mapping Coaching Program was a transformative experience for me. As someone who had struggled with understanding my own sexual identity and desires, this program helped me reconnect with my body, explore my true sexual self, and embrace a more confident and empowered version of who I am. The coaching was both insightful and compassionate, providing me with practical tools to navigate my sexual expression with more self-awareness and self-love.."

What Is Sexuality Mapping?
Sexuality Mapping is a structured process of sexuality exploration that helps individuals understand the psychological, emotional, relational, and cultural influences that shape their intimate lives.
Sexuality is rarely simple. It develops across a lifetime through experiences, relationships, and the meanings we assign to our bodies and desires.
During this coaching process we explore themes such as:
• early messages about sexuality, the body, and pleasure
• relational patterns and attachment dynamics
• desire, arousal, and erotic identity
• pleasure, inhibition, and internalized shame
• the relationship between sexuality, vulnerability, and power
• how culture, family systems, and past experiences shape intimacy
Through this work, patterns that once felt confusing often begin to make sense.
Many participants describe gaining a deeper sense of self understanding, self acceptance, and agency within their sexual lives.
What Clients Often Discover
Many individuals arrive at sexuality coaching believing they simply need answers to a few questions about desire or intimacy.
What often unfolds is something deeper.
Clients frequently discover:
• that their sexual patterns reflect deeper relational or developmental themes
• that early cultural or family messages still influence how they experience their bodies
• that pleasure can feel unfamiliar or vulnerable after years of self protection
• that desire has rhythms and variations rather than one fixed pattern
• that understanding their sexuality often brings greater clarity to relationships as well
Sexual self discovery can become a process of reclaiming parts of oneself that were never fully explored or expressed.
Who This Program Is For
This sexuality coaching program is designed for individuals who want to thoughtfully explore their sexuality outside of a clinical psychotherapy setting.
Participants often seek sexuality coaching because they are:
• curious about their erotic identity or sexual self discovery
• wanting to understand their relationship to desire and pleasure
• reflecting on patterns that appear in intimate relationships
• seeking a more embodied connection to their sexuality
• navigating life transitions that invite deeper reflection about intimacy
• wanting greater confidence and authenticity in their sexual lives
Some participants arrive with specific questions. Others simply sense that their sexuality holds unexplored meaning and potential.
Both are welcome starting points.
The Process
Sexuality Mapping is a highly individualized coaching experience.
Sessions combine reflective dialogue, structured inquiry, and embodiment oriented practices that support deeper awareness of the body and inner experience.
Together we work to:
• identify patterns shaping your erotic life
• explore internal narratives about sexuality and intimacy
• cultivate greater comfort with pleasure and embodiment
• develop language and clarity around desires and boundaries
• integrate new insights into everyday life and relationships
This process unfolds gradually and respectfully, allowing curiosity and insight to develop over time.
Coaching Rather Than Psychotherapy
Sexuality Mapping is offered as a coaching and educational process, not as psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
The program focuses on sexuality exploration, self discovery, and personal development.
Individuals seeking treatment for mental health concerns, trauma, or medical conditions related to sexuality may be better served through psychotherapy or medical care.
Dr. Renye also offers clinical sex therapy services for individuals and couples seeking psychotherapy support.
