Cronehood is the later part of life. It is a sacred time in the life of a self-identified woman. Becoming a crone is not achieved merely by the passing of time but requires a rite of passage, an initiation and an honoring of the new phase in a woman’s life. When one is initiated into this phase, which follows maidenhood and motherhood, the Crone no longer cares about judgment coming from others. She embraces herself in all of her glory at this stage in life. This audio meditation assists with stepping over the threshold and into the sacred space of wearing the crown of the Crone.
